Terms of service
Effective September 2026
These terms cover your use of Plat — the iPhone app and the web app at app.plat-crm.com. Using Plat means you accept them.
Your account
One account belongs to one person. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your login. You must be 18 or older and using Plat for your work.
Your data is yours
Everything you put into Plat stays yours. We claim no ownership of your accounts, contacts, notes or figures, and we do not use them for anything except running the service for you. You can export it as a spreadsheet at any time, and you can delete it — and your account — from inside the app.
What you agree not to do
- Enter patient information. Plat is for business contacts and business records and is not built for protected health information.
- Put data into Plat that you have no right to hold, or that breaks an agreement with your employer or manufacturer.
- Resell access, share one account across a team, or attempt to reach another account’s data.
Subscription and billing
Plat is $19.99 per month after a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions are bought through Apple’s In-App Purchase and billed to your Apple ID. They renew automatically until cancelled, and cancelling at least a day before the renewal date stops the next charge. You manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings — we cannot do it for you, and Apple, not Plat, handles refunds.
If a subscription lapses, your data is not deleted. The app becomes read-only: everything stays visible and exportable, and subscribing again restores writing immediately.
Purchases made through the App Store are also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Availability
Plat is built to keep working offline and to sync when a connection returns, but no service is up every minute of every day. Keep your own exports of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Ending it
You can stop using Plat and delete your account whenever you like. We may close an account that breaks these terms — in which case you will be told, and given a chance to export first unless the reason makes that impossible.
The legal part
Plat is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those the law requires and does not allow us to exclude. To the extent the law permits, our liability for any claim relating to Plat is limited to what you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
If these terms change materially, the effective date above changes and the new version is posted here before it applies. Continuing to use Plat after that means accepting the new version.
